We recently bought an apartment on the Costa del Sol with Bruce, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he was extremely driven and truly listened to our needs and requirements. The selection of properties he prepared for us was spot on and clearly tailored to what we were looking for. Bruce was also very well informed about every property we visited, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. The day before, we had viewings with another agent, and the difference was honestly day and night. We are very happy that we bought our property through Bruce and will definitely be back this summer to look for our second and third property. We hebben 9 jaar geleden een appartement gekocht in de haven van Benalmádena. Het was toen voor ons een droom appartement. Maar na enkele jaren stoorden we ons toch aan bepaalde gebreken en de drukte pal in de haven. Bij een volgende bezoek aan Spanje zagen we reclame voor de Golden Bay. Het concept,de prachtige vormgeving, zwembad, lift… deden ons meteen het nr. van Bruce bellen. ‘s Anderendaags hadden we al een afspraak met hem en de coördinator. We kregen alle uitleg en besloten al gauw tot een aankoop over te gaan ook al hebben we een aantal keer van appartement verwisseld 😀 Bruce heeft ons steeds de nodige info en raad gegeven ! We vroegen aan Bruce of hij ons appartement in de haven zou willen verkopen. Hij heeft daar onmiddellijk werk van gemaakt . We verwachtten niet dat ons appartement daadwerkelijk snel zou verkocht worden maar bij de tweede potentiële koper was het bingo! De professionele aanpak van hem was geweldig. We weten ondertussen dat er veel cowboys in de vastgoedsector in Spanje zitten! Ons appartement stond zelfs te koop in Malaga terwijl we de dame in kwestie niet eens kenden of gesproken hadden??? We hebben Bruce al ons vertrouwen gegeven en hij heeft ons appartement binnen een maand van de hand gedaan. Dus alle lof voor hem en zijn vrouw !
